This local data is used to make the tools feel continuous on your own device. It is not used to create a personal account profile on this site.

You do not need to create an account to use the core calming tools currently available on the site.

We do not currently provide cross-device sync for the calming tool preferences stored locally in your browser.

As the site grows, this page may be updated to reflect changes such as new forms, subscriptions, additional analytics, or new tool behavior.
